Ege Denizi
O Mar Egeu, em turco Ege Denizi, é um mar interior da bacia do Mar Mediterrâneo situado entre a Europa e a Ásia. Estende-se da Grécia, a oeste, até a Turquia, a leste. A norte, possui uma ligação com o Mar de Mármara e o Mar Negro através do Dardanelos e do Bósforo. Diversas ilhas estão localizadas no mar Egeu, inclusive Creta e Rhodes, que formam o seu limite meridional.

Ege Denizi
The Aegean Sea, in Turkish Ege Denizi, is an elongated embayment of the Mediterranean Sea located between the southern Balkan and Anatolian Pninsulas, i.e., between the mainland’s of Greece and Turkey respectively. In the north, it is connected to the Marmara Sea and the Black Sea by the Dardanelles and Bosporus. The Aegean Islands are within the sea and some bound it on its southern periphery, including Crete and Rhodes. The Aegean Region consists of nine provinces in southwestern Turkey, in part bordering on the Aegean Sea.
